    Our 30 minute fat burning session are designed to ignite the burn in your muscles, excite your metabolism, and liquefy your body fat in half the time as traditional cardio or bodybuilding workouts. Our Workouts are divided into semi-private groups of 2-4 people per coach. All MBTC members are allowed to utilize our center during off pear hours, and immediately following their training session for extra energy system training or Smart Cardio

    The MB Weight Management Program is an educational and results based meal plan program that utilizes medical metabolic equipment, registered dietician software, and monitored by a nutrition specialist to guarantee the fastest fat burning results.
