Designing a complete fitness program with Long Island Experts

Step 3 in How To Transform Your Body In Record Time is where most people get lost. They feel they can pick and choose which components to work on, or they just throw things together to see if it works.

Step 3 is designing a complete program which consists of 6 components:

  1. Nutrition- foundation of a program
  2. Resistance Training- helps build lean tissues
  3. Supplementation- fills the gaps in your nutrition
  4. Smart Cardio- keeps the heart healthy and lungs conditioned
  5. Flexibility- increases recovery and prevents injury
  6. Coaching- provides accountability, knowledge, and support

Have you ever heard, “Throw SH!T at a wall and see if it sticks?”

Well thats what most people do here.

Fair warning: If you do not take all of these seriously, you will not only have an extremely tough time in achieving your goals, but if you do happen to be one of the lucky ones that make it, it won’t last for long. These 6 components together form a glue for your health. If one is missing, it is very likely that things will fall apart and you will end up either back where you started or even worse.

Since this topic can get very meaty, we will break this up into each of the components and explain each in detail.

Since fat loss seems to be the biggest topic currently, we will gear this toward that type of program to make it easier for everyone to follow and even prepare for beach season.
