    Hi Greg aka Mr. Nutrition,
    Just watched your video and am excited to follow your 5 tips and make a change now. My friends have used Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Nutri System etc and have all lost weight and look great. I on the other hand have been eating healthy on a 1200 calorie diet and can’t seem to lose the weight. What am I doing wrong? I don’t want to eat that packaged, premade food. Help!
