Hey Ladies, its Coach AnnaMaria with a quick recap of ladies night we had at the Meta Burn Fat Loss Studio!
It was such a great time and we got a lot of positive feedback from the ladies to do another one. So I am in the works of planning the next event. We will make this bigger and better and I will have more secrets to share to creating that beautiful, confident, tight, toned body!

The evening began with an introduction of the Meta-Burn Fat Loss System. This is the exact system all our female clients have used to create those amazing results. Ladies if you are stuck, then this is something to check out because there is a complete detailed nutrition program that is monitored by our nutrition coach, metabolic work out to accelerate fat loss monitored by our Meta Burn coaches, and what we call Breakthrough Coaching to teach you how to over come your obstacles and take action toward your goals. There is a lot of unconventional equipment in the studio which we educate clients so they can use these items at home (and they don’t cost hundreds or thousands of dollars)
The Main topic for the evening: “A BETTER BUST DIET”
3 chest exercises were given along with discussion of foods that ADD CHEST MUSCLE, boost your curves and a good source for healthy skin. If you want to know more about these chest exercises we can show you at the studio.
5 Foods for a better bust:
Red Quinoa- a top pectorial muscle strengthener
Oysters- low in fat and cholesterol. It helps in creating elastin and collagen keeping skin firm and preventing sagging.
Edamame- strengthens cell wall to chest and potentially plump breasts. Protects skin from sun damage and air pollutants.
Acai Berry- prevents premature aging, aids skin elasticity. Great for chest and raises metabolism.
Pomegranate-Low in calories and promotes rapid cell regeneration/rejuvenation. Gives strength and support to skin and satisfies you sweet tooth.
