It’s good not to be a Turkey on Thanksgiving…
Dear readers and Friends,
The Breakthroughs To Fitness team want to wish everyone a Healthy and Happy Thanksgiving. Today is a day we give thanks for all the wonderful things that we are blessed with all year. I think we shouldn’t just give thanks on one day a year. I practice giving thanks daily, because life is wonderful and I’m blessed to have the opportunity to connect and relate to truly wonderful people everyday.
So let’s try something together new next week. Here’s the the challenge let be thankful everyday for the rest of the year. I challenge you to wake up and say out loud three reason why you’re thankful to awake and why you’re going to have a amazing day.
I promise you if you do this simple exercise your attitude on life is going to change fats. People around you are going to notice the change and get excited to be around the new person you’re becoming.
I’m going to step up next week and challenge myself as well to recreate my attitude by becoming even more thankful…
